She went shopping for papers and breakfast earlier, and I have just started reading through them only to realise that she has bought the Daily Mail for her to read.

It is sad I know, but it must be done.

Which paper would you recommend and why?

I read the Times, I like the way it reports, I know a couple of the journo's through the family and it makes for a decent read.

I cant stand any form of sensational writing, cant stand biased writing, although the Times can get a little one sided at times, and only ever read the Sunday Times or Evening Standard.

Yes I can understand that. The Daily Mail is so formulaic and predictable, I dont know why I read it as I take very little notice of what it reports. I started reading it when I was very young and have never stopped.

Did she have a legitimate excuse like mix-up at the counter or did you catch her furtively reading about miracle skin-creams? It's a big shock but hopefully you can recover and start to put your lives back together.

PS the Evening Standard is a sister paper of the Mail.

Blatant lie and another example of attention seeking headline posting worthy of the News of the World.
Today is Sunday and the Daily Mail isn't sold on Sundays at least not up here in't North.

Now, the Mail on Sunday, top class unbiased journalism at its best.
