Huelva to Ayamonte Property

We are looking at moving to this area within a year or so. This summer we want to rent a place for 5 - 6 weeks to get a good look at the surrounding area and get a feel for things. We have two children.

If you have anything or know someone who does please reply.

Thanks
John & Tracey.

Welcome to the site, we have a wonderful site overlooking the river on Esuri, only trouble is you need a tent, it is well fenced this will help keep the dog in!

Yes I am well aware he needs 4 posts but as he already has 3 should not be much longer. I was keeping within rule 9 not to advertise.

We're very excited and can't wait to live there. We've found out loads fro this site and its a great one to check regularly.(although i'm very slow on replies)

Hi Hellsrogers,

Ours is on Costa Esuri R27-6, overlooking the river, we havent met anybody yet that has a plot up there either. It would be nice to know if anyone else had bought up there. Beautiful view though!

Not far from you R-33. We have gone beyond pitching the tent stage I believe there is a shell of a house in place ...will get to see progress on Esuri first hand when we shoot across there in March. Can't wait ....haven't been since April last year so despite the hiccup with MF we are expecting to see quite a difference again!

Are you having a one or two storey house on Vista del guadiana? when you hoping for completion? Do you know if many have been sold? We are ready to build, just waiting for somebody else to start building near us then we dont feel isolated. We would like to move within the next couple of years. I am over Monday with a friend as he wants to move to the area but wants to rent first, also want to have a game of golf. I'l have a look at yours and let you know how its going on.

Re: Huelva to Ayamonte Property

Hi John

A two storey house at the top of the area but closest to the river .....we are hoping to get an upstream view from the 1st floor, to go with the downstream view from the lower floor.

It will be better when the villa plots between us and the golf course are also built on to get that community feel. Hoping when we get out there in March that much of our small community will be taking shape.

Fingers crossed we've been waiting since May 2006!
