Now if he had said it to LB, he would have coped with it as he is a tough cookie.

Had a drive out to a lovely little Spanish place and had the most amazing albondigas in a Norweigan sauce for lunch. Then we had a walk to clear our heads (which obviously didnt work) and now just chilling out waiting for Nancy and Oliver on the telly
