I HAD to go out today, otherwise I would've screamed.....and it was well worth it for my emotional stability
....even though it was only for work...Don't worry about me.....please

No, they just get swollen because I've been in the wheelchair and my leg has been hanging down. When I'm home my leg is always elevated and always twinkling my toesies. Doc's orders!

Got out of the house by 10am for a few meetings in Pedramala and Calpe.
Had a nice coffee in Calpe and met up with a few friends, expecting to get back to Jalon as Montgomail might've dropped by after visiting the market, but the whether was dreadful here and she called to say she wasn't coming, so had a few more coffees and now home.
My toes are so swollen they look like they are about to explode
Will be going back out for one last meeting in about 2 hours.
After that, I think Michael will handcuff me to the settee until Monday morning

Just been to the beach to watch the Rugby 7s for an hour. Now going back to the apartment for a couple of hours and then meeting up with the Rugby crowd later for a Chinese. Not sure about the Chinese, not my favourite, but I am looking forward to the social.
Back to UK on Wednesday but hope to be back in the autumn. Cant make any plans yet as, technically, I am unemployed. Need to get my hours sorted out and then I can make plans.

Would have loved to have met up today but the black cloud obliterating Montgo was extremely offputting. I came to Spain on 23 July with very little in the way of preparation for the rain storms - ie no waterproofs and just flip flops for walking in! I travel light but maybe next summer I will have to reconsider.

I don't even know if the market was on. The weather was dreadful in Jalon. In Calpe the sun actually made a few appearances.
Have a great time tonight and a safe journey back to the UK. Hopefully we'll catch up when you return in autumn

My day has been very hormonal....I even sent my self to my bedroom earlier for arguing and having to have the last word
