Look, find out everything about him. Get some dirt.
Does he do drugs (even casually)? Is he involved in any kind of illegal activity? Does he pay his taxes? Does he do anything he wouldn't want anyone to know about? Is he even legally a resident?
Once you have some dirty laundry, send him copies in the mail with a pleasant request to get the hell out.
After all, if the tables were turned, he'd probably resort to the same tactics against you.

I'm not in favour of violence. But I can't help agreeing with this. At least with the moving a very large friend in. Maybe more than one. Drink his milk eat his food. Make him want to leave. Get a group of friends together and go for a 'holiday' in your *own* home together. Then get the place legally made yours...or hers.
Yep , take a rugby team on holiday there and tell them the squatter is a paedo

Whilst you might be tempted to take the law into your own hands, I would caution you to be careful. A friend of mine had a property rented to a couple who did not pay the rent for many months. He moved in and changed the locks and was promptly arrested by the police.

I`d guess they had a contract? this guy has nothing and is not paying rent.
