How can I get a copy of a Spanish Will?
My mother died near Malaga in August. The lawyer that is handling the estate refuses to give me a copy. Does anyone know how I can get a copy of the Spanish will? I live in the US now and it is difficult for me to travel to Spain. I have my UK birth certificate and a copy of the death certificate. Thanks

I know you live in the US but isn´t there anyone who can look through your mother´s personal effects to see if she has a copy? It could then be faxed to you. Good luck.

Do you know who appointed the lawyer or who the executor is?
