Default House Insurance

I am looking for local house insurers, I am in a part furnished rental and also need to know if there are specific requirements for this kind of insurance ?

Any information on rental house insurance ( with me as tenant ) and any recommendations of local companies sadly that speak English as my Spanish is not that good.

Thank you

Hi there I dont think I am breaking site rules by putting contact info here as this is public info that you would get on a biz card and they would want to get business.

I have no commercial connection: Except a home policy as you want as well...

The company is in Ayamonte, a big Spanish co, Mapfre. Contact

Im sure Google will give more - they are in Laguna place.

She speaks a bit of English and uses Google translate - because of course written communication is much more complicated than talking. But I have to say it didn't work very well for us, frustrating at times, but we got there in the end.

Also the banks do home insurance and if you are happy with your bank (as we are with ours, Caja Granada) they will do it as well.

Some forum members are also financial people with UK based policies - good luck

Jon
