Can anyone give me any information about home schooling in Spain, in particular in Andalucia. Thanks

I think that is Your Children Must Receive Schooling by law.

it all depends on interpretaion ( & I don't mean translation )

there have been many cases taken to court & as far as I am aware (last time I dug up some info on this less than a year ago) the vast majority of judges will interpret it as 'your children must attend school'

apparently it is OK in Cataluña

based solely on what you say there - that is another way of saying the same as I said !!

where the school is, who operates it is another matter. But then the Regions are Autonimous so what they say on one side of the mountain can be different to what they say on the other.

last friday was near the town schools and the policia local stopped all traffic and sent the buses out the wrong way round the roundabout - all 7 of them!
bet some of those kids have a long walk up a track after they get dropped off.
