Hopefully this is the last night of this lot but I fear they will go out with a bang and a real all nighter in spite of landlord apparently telling them to keep the noise down on the front balcony after 11.30. They have paid no attention to it so far ! Is there any point in me calling the police and if so which ones ? My last text to the landlords was never replied to.

Here are your options:
1-Since this is the last night, just be very patient and hold on for one more night. Most recommended and most spiritual.
2- Call Local Police in the heat of it. They might not show up (?)-
3- Call Guardia Civil.(?)
Remember the saying: "If you can not beat them, join them!" Dance around in your house!
Be patient my dear, happens to all of us. Send them LOVE.

Remember: it is not the noise that will harm you but the anger. Time to be wise...

I don't own headphones and need sleep not sore ears trying to drown them out. I don't need niether do the other residents in this residential area, the noise and disturbance by the likes of this crowd. Why should we residents tolerate inconsiderate holiday makers ? Just becase they bring money for a week? We live and work here.

I do like the idea of bag pipes starting once their music has finished. I bet the other neighbours would agree if it had the desired effect.
Hope you are feeling better now and that the noisy holiday makers are soon on their way home.

Some muscle bound Spanish men made my night by moving to the other side of me and playing lovely Spanish music, then I had a lovely dip in my spa and this morning all quiet some Hayley Westenra to wake with then some Runrig I think :-)
Thank Kath much better night and hopefully the next lot chose the right place not looking a noisy holiday resort but a normally quiet residential street.

A bit late, but you could have (not) doused them with water and said "Happy Feast of Saint John!"

Hi I own a property in the Algarve but a group of friends (all couples) are looking to rent a very nice villa with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms Costa Esuri/Ayamonte next May. Hopefully the golf course would have sorted it's problems out by then. Can anyone guide me
