Hi and welcome to BE, I hope you enjoy being part of our community.

With regard to your query, I'm sure someone in Spain will be along shortly to give you some pointers, you should also check out our Classifieds and see if anyone has listed a place for rent in your area.

Welcome again

Sue

WOW with Easter just been and gone and the summer season virtually here it will be a little more difficult to find long term rentals. However I am sure there are still plenty around.

Try looking online for some local papers like Costa Blanca News (if there is such a title) or search for english newspapers costa blanca

We moved to Marbella 8 years ago and lined up job interviews before we arrived so don't under estimate local papers.

Good luck!!

Given the huge numbers of houses and apartments in Spain that just can't get soild, I would think that the rental market, especially for long term, is a buyers market. We left almost 2 years ago, but had no trouble finding long term at that time, and the housing market certainly doesn't seem to have improved.
