Permanently?
Do you need a job - in which case what are your qualifications?
Do you speak Spanish?
Is it just the one of you?
Do you have a big cash reserve?
Roughly how old are you?
That info will help us to give you some advice.

What Fred says is correct, can't advise unless you give more information.
One tip for you : Don't buy a bar.

Because it is a well known fact that it is the quickest way of losing money.
Most of the bars for sale are probably already losing money.
You haven’t answered the other questions which are very important.

There is private security companies operating here and supply so called "Door personal" or bouncers as we call them. 95% are Romanian or such like but can speak English. They work long into the night and have a very poor reputation. You might get employed by them if you can speak numerous languages.
Ambulance drivers would, I imagine, be employed by the Spanish health authorities.
As other posters have said, you need to supply us with more information to get most advice.

Perhaps it's the tired old rationale, "a lot of Brits go to benidorm. I bet an authentic English pub would be very successful!" (presumes that would somehow be unique in benidorm). "Look, here's one for sale! And cheap, too! We could swing it!". You and 10000 others.
If you're married to benidorm, then think about something that's truly different and not much competition. What do people in benidorm want, but can't get easily? Make it easy (and affordable) for them. I honestly don't know what that would be, but it's probably a good place to begin your journey.
