I only found this web site very recently and I have looked through the threads but I cannot see anything related to my question. I live in Thailand and have done for 12 years, but as with all things one gets a bit jaded and start to yearn for a change of life style. I am officially married in Thailand and it is registered in the UK, we have a daughter aged 11 and we are thinking of moving to areas close to Alicante. Using a school in Alicante for my daughter. My question is can my mother in law come to live with us in Spain? Those that understand the Thai way of life will realise that it is based very much around the family. Whilst we could and will leave her in Thailand it would be good to know the options. She is a very active and fit 76 years young, working in the garden every day and enjoying her life. She also currently lives in a house in our land.
So any help would be gratefully received. Thanks for what will be an informative web site. I am off to look at other postings now.
