Hi.
I've only joined this forum website today as I'm thinking of buying a home in Mojacar, Almeria.
Although I've previously visited the area whilst on holiday, I really dont know what it would be like to live there on a permenant basis?
Does Mojacar have an expat community? Is there plennty for a 58 year old single guy to do....both in the winter as well as summer?
Are the locals welcoming towards Brits moving into the Town?
Any help would be much appreciated!!

I have never lived there but have often visited, it is very quiet in the winter and I personally would not want to live there 24/7. I suggest you do very careful research from reputable sources.
