I need to send a Form FD9 Double Taxation Claim to the "Delegacion de Hacienda del domicilio fiscal" 
I live in Alcalali, just outside Jalon, nearest large Town being Denia.
The nearest "Income Tax" Office I can find listed is at Denia (Agencia Estatal Administracion Tributaria)
Is that where I should send the form to?
Trying to avoid paying a Gestor - can anyone advise please?
