It`s not a good idea to post your email address on forums as spambots pick them off and sell them onto spammers.
Post a couple of times then you can use the dropdown menu features by clicking on the user names.

Will get number for you tomorrow. Never heard of sunshine propertys. Been here 18 months and love it. O Vicedo is between Viveiro and Ortigueira. We live about 12kms inland and have a 400 yr old house/ruin.

If you're new to the area and having difficulty locating tradespeople my suggestion would be to employ a local architect (try your town hall for a list of architects with whom they regularly work).
You are likely to need the services of an architect anyway (if your reform is Major Works which it sounds like it may be) to submit your proyecto to obtain your building licence and your architect can not only source builders but also draw up the specification, obtain quotes, oversee the work etc.
It will save you time, stress and probably money too in the long run.

You really need local 'tradesmen' as you will end up paying for the travelling time in their bills. Hopefully BZ is able to help as we know they are builders.
You should ask your neighbours as we have found the Galicians to be more than helpful.
Did not the agent who sold your house put you in touch with any 'tradesman'?
One thing, where is Monterrosso? Is it near Pontevedra?
