Hi, I am moving to Alhaurin El Grande, next year, if all goes well with contracts etc. Just wanted to say hi to others living in the area. I have a million questions to ask (nearly), so hope you don't mind having your brains well and truly picked

Nice to hear from you. I'm still waiting for the results of the structural survey, should be signing the first part of the contract this week sometime, and completing at the end of January. Then I can get on with the building work that needs doing. Probably be able to start the moving process in March. I'm really looking forward to it. I live in a one bed flat at the moment, with no outside space. I can't wait to be able to grow stuff and sit outside etc.

I had my valuation done and it sis not contain all the paperwork(floor space) just another set back.
However we are still going over regardless if we get the house or not. we will rent our friends house and then just take it from there.
It has been very hard work but we only have 5 weeks and 4 days left and i am so excited.
I can not wait to have my own lemon tree
