I make national insurance contributions, so I wanted to see whether anybody has a similar situation to me, or is aware of anything similar, or has any further information as to whether I could obtain an S1 and receive my healthcare paid by the UK.

I could have interpreted this wrong, or it could be a long shot, but I thought it was worth exploring and to see if anybody has a similar situation before contacting HMRC.
