Apologies as This is a very delicate subject
But if you have had to foreclose on your mortgage
Could you let me know the time scale
The owner of a property has offered the bank
An amount to pay off the mortgage
They are in severe arrears and have now
Moved back to the uk if you have been unfortunate
To be in this position can you let me know
How long it took for the bank to inform you
Of there decision to accept your offer or to decline it
