I,m very happy today, all booked to go to Torrox on the 12th Sept :thumbsup::thumbsup: cant wait,we will be doing some serious research whilst we are there and looking at a few villa,s also to see whats on offer...:thumbup:

We have opted to go BB this time,we are going to be staying in a private villa with pool,it will give us a little insight into living there I think, the villa is really nice amongst the mountains,just my cup of cha.Ohhhhhhhhh I cant wait,and the best news is the kitchen and bathroom are finished here,the O/H put the finishing touches to them yesterday,so we are getting a lot warmer now,wont be long and the house will be on the market,YES YES YES YA HOOO, cant wait,we just need a lot of luck for a quick sale.;)
Have you had any luck with finding somewhere...??

Hi Jean , the villa sounds great, I just know you are gonna fall in love with it, especially in the mountains.
Great news OH has finished the kitchen and bathroom at last, that is a real positive.
I have an offer in on a property and am waiting for feedback as we type !!, my solicitor says the market round here is moving so fast they can't keep up.
Seems like things are on the move again.
Are you still looking all around the Competa area or has your time on BE forum given you thoughts of other areas..I would find it hard to think of another area now, it is a beautiful part of the world...

We have seen a villa near Torrecuevas (Almuñecar) ,but will be looking at a few all over including Competa, it is going to be a working holiday finding stuff out,lots to do.We will be seeing a solicitor whilst we are there also, we will open our bank accounts and see about getting our NIE also,so we will be taking the first steps towards, exciting hey.
