Thank-you for all your replies & advice. It far too hot at the moment, so I will wait till it is cooler, I hope it never cools down so I dont have to do it, it is a very daunting task.

Does OXIRITE have to re-applied within 2 hours?

After all the grills are eventually done, it will have to start the balustrades & there are so many of them.

I am far to old for all this & I have osteoporosis, wish I could afford to get someone to do them.

My Grandfather was the driffill in 'Bullock and Driffill' (DIY shop) on the High Street but much lower down south of the Stations.
