The great Spanish mobile rip-off: call establishment charges
I'd like to compare notes with anybody who knows how to avoid paying 15 cents (+IVA) for mobile phone calls in addition to the per minute charges. As far as I'm aware, the only operator NOT to actually make this charge is Eroski, who charge 18 cents per minute for calls. So, if, like me, you don't use a mobile for for chatting, it's quite a saving. Does anybody have any alternatives?
