OK, OK, lets not play with semantics. She has agreed to buy a property, has put down a small deposit down. Thanks for the suggestion of the Spanish Property Insight Page, though I do not know where to find that, as I am relatively new here.

What I am actually asking is if people have any knowledge of this Lawyer or indeed can they recommend a good and reliable one through personal experience.
