I have started looking at apartments in Granada City & have seen several on the internet that fall within my budget. The purchase would initially be for holiday use with the intention to move out perm within 4 years.

Simple question - for an average apartment in a reasonably modern block what are the likely service charges? Not worried about a pool but the area needs to have decent bus/tram links to the centre - though preferably with 30min walk.

Simple question, but not as easy to answer. Service charge will depend on so many factors.

I have only actually inquired about one - I asked the agent what the charges were but he did not supply details. I'll have a further look on-line - I don't want to make too many inquiries as I don't want to be bombarded by phone call & emails. Should be going there soon so I'll pop into a few agents there.
