Default Got a question about accessing healthcare in Spain?

...then come along to our Healthcare Super Surgery and ask away!

The British Consulate in Alicante is holding a "Super Surgery" event on Healthcare entitlements in Guardamar del Segura.

The Consulate staff will be joined by local charities including Age Concern España, Royal British Legion, HELP, AECC and MABS cancer support group. The event will be chaired by local campaign group PUMA22 and is designed to clear up doubts over accessing and receiving healthcare in Spain.
The Pensions, Benefits and Healthcare Team from the British Consulate in Alicante deal with a number of healthcare enquiries daily, coordinating with the UK Department of Health and local Spanish authorities. The team have organised the "Super Surgery" as an opportunity for British residents in Spain to access advice from a range of expert sources.
The "Super Surgery" will begin with a presentation on accessing healthcare in Spain. Consular and Pensions, Benefits and Healthcare Team representatives will then be available for individual consultations.
