wife had her gold chain pulled of her neck two days ago buy a young guy in his twenties down past the costa lago apartments near playa mar torremilinos went to the police station next day reported it we identified him with the photos they keep on these scrotes he is a twenty one year old Colombian guy lives in benalmadena something happened very similar to another woman couple of days earlier same area so be careful we have been coming here last fifteen years and never had anything like this happen

Sorry to read that, hopefully if you have a police report number you should be able to claim on your insurance. Although I know that is not much consolation when this kind of thing happens.

Seems to be a common method of theft these days.
Even if the cops pull him in it's unlikely you'll ever see the gold chain again but it's a virtual certainty that the thief will be back on the streets doing the same thing within hours.
Just because something is attached to the person does not necessarily keep it safe.
Same thing exactly happened to my girlfriend as we were sitting on the edge of the pavement along with thousands of others watching a parade go by in Cadiz.
The thief was gone into the crowd before we even had time to get to our feet.
The moral of the story is don't wear anything expensive when out in public places or more than likely it will happen again.
