Giving birth in Spain?
My wife and I are British. What happens if she gives birth in Spain? Would the child have any British rights? I think you know what I mean  :D

Hola,
your child would be registered in Spain but would be British. You can apply for a british birth cerificate and passport. Perhaps your wife might be interested in www.mumsinspain.com |
