Correct, but will they be able to record it as the same person?

I.E. 89 days with my Gib sim followed by 89 days with my UK sim

Not that I would want to spend more than a few hours in Spain whilst transiting through.

They use a fingerprint related to the IMEI. It's anonymous, up to a point. It wouldn't take the authorities very long to figure out who it is if they really wanted to but I don't think they're interested in people crossing between Gib and the EU unless you're smuggling 2.2 pounds of something illegal.

Of course, to avoid your 'orrible neighbour altogether you could take a ferry to Tangier then up to Marseille which may increase your chances of the rubber glove treatment.

They would not be able to specifically say it was you as it tracks the phone or the masts the phone pings off. They could by calculations indicate where a phone was reasonably accurately, who had the phone? It would be if questioned down to you to answer who had your phone. If you check Google maps settings location history it will also more than likely show everywhere you have visited going back years down to shops etc you have visited . You can clear that history and you can turn off location on a phone .

I still stick with the UN and Spain and think the UK should start the process of decolonization concerning Gibraltar...

The Gibraltar sovereignty referendum of 1967 was held on 10 September 1967, in which Gibraltarian citizens were asked whether they wished to pass under Spanish sovereignty, with Gibraltarians keeping their British citizenship and a special status for Gibraltar within Spain; or remain under British sovereignty, with its own self-governing institutions

Must be good for the local economy although I would have thought Prince Andrew would have been a more welcome and prestigious visitor to Gib.

Gibraltarian movie writer, director and producer Ian Serra has signed a deal with Hollywood distribution company Buffalo 8 for three of his movies, including two filmed on the Rock.

The deal for The Mount, The Mount 2, and Pandora will bring the movies to screen all around the globe, except in Spain and Mexico, where Mr Serra is in talks with companies in each of those countries.

The deal with Los Angeles-based Buffalo 8 means the movies could be brought to screen via various routes including Netflix.

Gibraltarians will never accept being mere bystanders in their own decolonisation, CM tells UN C24

The Chief Minister has told the United Nations Committee of 24 that Gibraltar is willing to work with its neighbours to reach diplomatic and economic solutions, as it did with the Tax Treaty. He has vowed to continue to narrow the differential between tobacco prices if there is an agreement on a treaty for Gibraltar's future relationship with the EU.

However he said Gibraltarians would never accept that they were mere bystanders in their own decolonisation. He said it was the Committee's role protect the Gibraltarians, and not seek solutions over their heads.
