I keep a prepay in my car for emergencies and hardly use it but recently after sending 3 texts the balance went from 6 euros to just under 3 I sent a text CONSUMO to 1004 but just got the saldo in return.Anybody have any tricks as to how to get the info on why the charges have rocketed other than trying customer services.......yes that was a joke, and waiting on hold for an hour?

I know and as I've had the same number for 10 years I don't want to risk a PAC code.

Do you not have to at least use it every so many months? Usually at least 6 to keep the credit live. I know I do with mine which is Eroski. I did once loose my credit briefly through not using it as in UK but when I topped up 5 euro the original credit was reinstated.
