Right I need a local general handy man who can help me out when things go wrong. The ones used by my landlord have all gone away one way or another, currently I have a few things I need repaired.
Sink fell out ... needs fixing back in place.
Shutters/blinds ... one stuck and needs cord replaced, several others need redoing also as getting sticky.
Possibly an internal paint of stairs etc (not including rooms at this point) with existing holes repaired first.
Is there such a person around here ? who is reliable, trustworthy and who is not ott with pricing.
Thank you.

We have used Ahmed, he changed our gas boiler to a water heater and was excellent.

It's good to get the little things sorted out. Even better when one can get a person that will deal with them too.
Glad u got sorted.
