Fuerteventura Property Prices
I'm new to the Forum and my wife and I are planning to retire to Southern Fuerteventura. I've been monitoring property prices for several years. The advertised prices seem to have reduced little during the past few years. Is this area recession proof or how realistic are the agents' advertised prices?

Re: Fuerteventura Property Prices
Hi PMUK,
I also have been monitoring the prices around the Caleta/Antigua area for some time. You seem to see the same properties time after time with no change in listed price, they disappear for a while & then reappear. Think it is just the estate agents ringing the changes. From what i can figure out i would expect a final price about 10% less than that advertised. Although that is just my take on it. They also seem to be poor at re3saponding so wouldn't hold my breath. We are hoping to do this in the not to distant future as well

Hi Blass,
I get emails daily from a number of them. You seem to get multiple agents selling the same properties often at quite differences in prices. Just keeping an eye on what's out there really. Anyone in particular ??
Thanks

Re: Fuerteventura Property Prices
the 3 I use are
fuerteventura property world
carmenvillazan
fuerteventuraresidences
If you google those they should pop up. I would post the websites but noticed when I posted the website for Fuerteventura online paper it got removed.
In all the dealings we have had with estate agents in Fuerteventura the 3 above have all been good.
I am glad there are other people on here that are interested in Fuerteventura. It is a beautiful Island.
Just thought of another one Spitfire. Goldacre if you after a new property from what I heard when I was last over they are selling new properties on the Corralejo development no idea when it will be ready though.
Are you going to Fuerteventura this year ? I was looking at going February if I can get a good deal

Thanks Blass,
I get these through Tucasa etc. It is a lovely island, much less commercialised than Tenerife. Lanzarote is ok but for some reason just took to Fuerte. Hoping to get a place for a few months a year over the winters & who knows after that. We were out in September & I hope to back out early this year. Do you live there or ?

Hi PMUK
We are intending to stay around the Caleta area. Good for the airport & there is plenty to see & do. Haven't been down to the South end yet. Any particular reason you chose that area, not being nosey, just curious, ha ha

We love September and personally think it's the best time to visit. You should go down South and have a look. I don't really like to drive on holiday but wh it is so easy to drive around the island. Jandia and Costa Calma are all nice places to visit.
