UHT milk tastes shit even when chilled.

UH treatment destroys much of the nutritional value even if it kills the bad guys. Almost all the vitamin C and B12 gets destroyed with the good taste. The folate content is about 10% of raw milk.

The reason supermarkets don't sell untreated milk is because of the high loss of spoiled goods - shelf life is everything.
