I want to buy a freezer for my bar - just a small one that would fit under a worktop.

In the UK it would be around £110 - in Spain it will be 200€.

Anyone know where I can get one cheaper? Or secondhand?

Can't give you a specific suggestion, but why try trawling the bars which are about to close for the season? If anyone's about to sell-up/do a runner, they may well be tempted by a cash-in-hand offer for something they won't be able to take in their back-pocket. Of course you'll need suitable transport yourself... Or try segundamano.

A friend mentioned the other day that they had a chest freezer that they were looking to sell cheaply in the Duquesa area..... don't know if that is any help

we used to get one from the ice-cream company for free in the UK- they didn't mind as long as we bought a certain amount of ice-cream from them - & we always had plenty of room for other stuff in it


with that in mind I've asked around - at least one local bar here is doing that exact thing
