OK, not exactly but if you phone Endesa NOW (Spain 'lecy company) you'll get to speak to another customer and not an operator!!! No kidding! Don't know what's going on with them but everyone's getting their calls passed onto other clients rather than operators....honestly!!! give it a try.

All back to normal now but MAAAN was that funny, irate customers shouting at us thinking we were operators!!

Looking at the rats nest of telephone and electric lines strung up outside buildings on many streets it's truly amazing how any calls get routed to their intended destinations.
