Research as to how to have your social services qualifications as foster parents, police reports, university level education and other qualifications translated and endorsed. See "homologación y convalidación de títulos extranjeros en España" on the government website.
If there is an issue with the language, perhaps the services of a paid translator could be looked into?
Let me hasten to add I have no connection/experience with any of the above. My background is in nursing/education.
