Default forestry commision

Has any one out there had problems with the forestry commision? my partner and I bought some land 2 years ago in a place called xert about 20 minutes inland from vinaros castellon. We went to a solicitor and she assured us the land had nothing owing on it and everything was ok.we have 30 thousand square metres ,we have a architect [Spanish] and all the drawings are finished,we have had the land bore tested.all we were waiting for was the final permission from castellon......The forestry commision has now objected, apparently there was a fire 6 years ago and part of the land was affected and they say they want the land to recover.as far as we see there is not much evidence on the land that it was there anyway. Anybody out there had simulare problems?
