Default First electricity bill(iberdrola) ADVICE???

Hi everybody,

I recently had my electricity installed and received the boletin de electricidad.
Even though my electricity in my apartment is on, no electricity or very little electricity is getting used. My contract started with Iberdrola in August and I have just received my first bill from no meter reading as of yet.

I`m a bit confused why my first bill is so high. Are these charges what you expect at the start of a contract in Spain? If these charges are a one of for start up etc I understand, but does anybody know if I`ll get these charges on future bills? I have put a copy below of what it states on my first Bill. I would be grateful if somebody could enlighten me...Thank you

Derechos de Extensión 61,68 €
Derechos de acceso 113,29 €
Derechos de enganche 9,04 €
TOTAL SERVICIOS Y OTROS CONCEPTOS 184,01 €
IMPORTE TOTAL 184,01 €
IVA 21% s/184,01 € 38,64 €
TOTAL IMPORTE FACTURA 222,65 €
Documento

By the look of them, the 184.01€ (plus IVA) is a one-off charge as broken down on the bill.

You won't have to pay these again.
