can anyone help I am looking to take a first aid course over here in spain does any body know of any companys that are running them on the costa del la sol

My wife and I just attended a 1 day course at la vinuela done by white moon solutions it wa a 6 hr course that was very enjoyable and very well presented.

the cost was an amazing € 35 each and i understand they will travel to do courses along the costa del sol

yes it was the hse certified

That is good then, but if the OP contacts the local Red Cross they should be able to help.
I did a first response course in the UK with a London Fire Brigade paramedic, that was really good and peanuts.
He offered it to the local schools for free, but they declined for H and S reasons.
Maybe the Bomberos do one here too.

many thanks for your help i contacted white moon and they are still running the courses , I checked with them also about the qualification, and they are HSE certified courses so we have booked on there next one

But is an HSE qualification accepted in Spain? This will not matter if it is for your own interests

really we want it for are own peace of mind and I understand that the HSE approved courses are probably the best

That is good to know.
We know of some that are in Spanish,and are for workers in Spain.
