Location: South London. Moving to Alhaurin El Grande.

Fingers and toes crossed please......
I have heard from my solicitor, that the contract re my flat sale will exchange on Tuesday. The deposit funds are in the system and won't clear until then, because of the holiday weekend. As long as everything goes ahead smoothly, completion will happen on 27th April. Then I can hand my notice in, apply for early retirement, and move into my house in Alaurin E.G.
I will be soooo happy when it is all done and dusted, and I can just get on with it and turn my house into a home.
I would so appreciate your positive energies over the next few days. Will explain why when it's all sorted (hopefully). (although it's really silly)!!!!

Best wishes and good luck but do apply for early retirement first then hand your notice I would just not trust the buggers. Hope all goes well and you are able to move to Spain when you want to.
