Finally off!
Well we are finally off on july 4th,so much has been done to get this far!Our son is travelling by 'plane with his Aunt to Spain and we are driving there with the dog and 2 cats! Not too sure how long the drive will take due to stopping for the animals but either way we shall enjoy it! It has gone so quick since we were looking at that list on here of people that were moving to spain! Anyway hope to get internet sorted out there at some point, but there r no telegraph poles where we are so have to think of another way round it.........any ideas?
Look forward to talking on here from a sunnier climate!

Good luck with the move and let us know how you are are as soon as you can
P.s. Took us two days leaving from Gosport in Hants.
P.p.s. I've also been told about Vodaphone, expensive but worth looking into if you can't get an ordinary connection. Friends of ours have it and find it very expensive, depends on your usage.

Re: Finally off!
You could check out a satellite broadband solution, usually though they have fairly steep setup costs >£1000 and high latency meaning they are no good for online gaming. The download speeds can be very good though, and obviously satellite can work when you are miles from no-where, as long as you are in the footprint! Obviously I'm not here to endorse anyones products.
It is likely that a high class GPRS service from a mobile provider will be most peoples best option in Spain though
and good luck with everything!
