There used to be two Spanish satellite tv providers.
Canal Satellite and Via Digital.
They merged two or three years ago and are now called Digital + And yes, most films shown on the D+ platform still give an option for the original soundtrack.

I was watching Antena 3 on the ordinary TV recently and found a handy button on the control which puts the film (back) into English. However, each time the adverts came on (they are interminable, intrusive and irritating here) Arnold Schwartzeneggar suddenly started talking in Spanish again.

Franco didn't approve of foreign languages so, rather than subtitles, he insisted on dubbing. There's now such a large number of 'dubbers' that the sysyem carries on. You can find VO - 'versión original' - in some few cinemas in the big cities and they will be listed with the VO after the film's name (of course - a film may be named anything in Spanish - not necessarily a translation of its original name).
Anyhow, with the soundtrack on at full volume, a darkened cinema and a huge screen, coupled to (if it's American) a painfully obvious storyline, you'll soon pick up Spanish.
My first words in Spanish (well, after cerveza) was 'manos arriba'!
