I pay my water payments monthly through my bank account, which are mainly just a standing order. Back in November '17 I noticed I paid 2 payments in one month - one the standing charge and a second for about 60€. Then the next 6 months were normal again until June '18 when I again paid 2 payments.

Are most people experiencing this? I'm assuming there's been a notification letter that has gone astray from my postbox.

I appreciate I could ring the water company but my Spanish is really poor. Thx

Ive never had that, just one amount each month. Might be worth you asking a friend who speaks Spanish to telephone on your behalf. Doesnt sound right to me

I wondered if it might be because I'm in an apartment as opposed to a house? I'm up at La Colin.

not sure but I would certainly check it out, dont let it go, maybe ask your neighbours if they've had similar experiences?

This was last months payment. Maybe i need to check with the bank to find out more background info on who's taking the payment.
