Does anyone know of a very DECENT estate agent in Los Altos? Orihuela Costa or Torrevieja.

I am told that a lot of properties are now in the hands of banks who are effectively trying to shift them. Maybe look into the repossessions ? One such is this web site set up by BANESTO but don't now if they are in your preferred area.

Ours is not being reposed, it is very silly of us to have 2 properties here, so we thought we would sell the flat which has sea views. The estate agents here are not like the ones in the UK.

We used Bestpriceproperties, they act as agents in that they will advertise the property, take the photos etc, but they do NOT bring people round, they are web based, but their office is in Playa Flamenca, it took us just a month to get an acceptable offer. They make a one off charge for the advert, was less than 300€, and you can do the write up, so you have total control.They give you a page on their site.
