Hi everyone, I'll keep this short and to the point. I am in the process of putting my property on the market here in Torrevieja after living here for 6 years (moving to the south near Estepona).

When the Estate Agent looked at the 'Escritura Publica' and the 'Catastral Del Inmueble' there was a discrepancy regarding the m2 of the house? The dimensions on the escritura are smaller than the catastral by some 23m2! This will affect the valuation of the house by 30k€

Has anyone had this problem and were they able to sort it out?
