Hi,
Please can anyone recommend a good English speaking lawyer in Villamartin, La Zenia or nearby. We are looking at buying a house and would prefer to use someone who is highly recommended.

I note that in June you were talking about renting for a few months before buying. I would really recommend that, Villamartin isn't somewhere I would want to live having rented there myself. It's very soulless and you can easily find yourself trapped in a concrete jungle. The commercial centre was very rundown, and not that nice, we had to go to playa Flamenca for shopping

Sylvia is based in Ciudad Quesada. She is Spanish, very good, helpful, trustworthy and speaks better English ...... than I do <LOL>
