I have cut the ends off yours and end up with this.
They are the tags that put the quote in a box, if anyone edits the quote and cuts a tag or part of a tag out, then it either looses its box or if its the start tag puts the wrong name in the box.
This goes on for ages with every quote sometimes, but if I see it I try to sort it out.
