Who else has had a voucher for 1 low energy light bulb in with the last bill?
Redeemable at your local Correo. Going tomorrow to collect mine just to see if it's true. Personally I'd rather go back to bi monthly bills than have a light bulb but hey a freebie from Endesa, who'd have thought it.
I was under the impression that standard light bulbs were to be phased out by 2010

Yeh, Iberdrola do that as well. But, if you get online bills, then no free bulb!

We have never been changed from the bi-monthly bills, but no voucher received with August bill.

Not true! Yes you get a printed voucher with the mailed printed bill but if you have opted for online billing you can click thru and print your own voucher which the correos happily exchange for a long life bulb.

I know because I have been through both processes.

Thanks for that. I too have been through the process but can not find how to do it for ALL the properties I have.

We have 6 flats yet can only print 1 voucher - any more ideas or am I being too greedy?

No, as far as I know it is 1 bulb per contract so for 6 flats with 6 contracts you should get 6 bulbs.
