Default Electricity help

We arrived back to the apartment in Torrevieja with no electricity. Iberdrola confirm that we are connected. Can anyone suggest a solution, please and thank you

Check all the switches are up in the circuit breakers box, check your Iberdrola contract for emergency call-out options and your household insurance policy....have your neighbours got power?

The most likely cause of localised problems like this is that the earth fuse has tripped. This is a small fuse in the fuse cabinet. Just reset it and if the power doesn’t stay on call an electrician. Alternatively close the other fuses one by one and see if resetting the earth trip stays on. This at least, isolates the problem to a particular circuit. It’s often one of the outside circuits like exterior lights.

Thanks for the replies. All sorted, it was the trip switch on the fuse board.
