Default electricity costs?

Can anyone please tell me how much per unit for electricty.

Would it be more economical to change my underfloor heating to electric boiler rather than gas bottles?
I used three small ones over about three days...there must be a better way!

Thanks everyone.

Gas is infinitely cheaper than electricity, which has just gone up yet again by 10%. Cant you get some of those bigger gas bottles??

Are they cheaper than the small ones?

I know I have to get a contract for the bigger ones.

If you are keeping your house indefinatley go for oil fired central heating , expensive to install but cheapest in the long run.

But then I would need another boiler and a tank, I have that in the UK.

It costs a fortune for the oil anyway, I am in the UK more than Spain.

Out of interest, I have one small gas bottle in a portable heater thing and so far I'm still only on my second one since.......... well since it turned colder in October! We do occasionally use a couple of oil filled radiators, but not often

The bigger ones are more expensive (per kg) as the small ones are subsidised.

hahaha....well my son was trying it out for us and he did say it was a very hot
floor, so to be fair we're not sure yet how much it will use. l do have solar as well, but it appears not to work if l don't have the gas boiler on or it's run out of gas, it turns off, have got some figuring out to do!
