Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

At the end of June my contract ended and I felt because I have been living in Spain for 2 years and worked longer than 1 year, that I'd be entitled to EL PARO, within 15 days, I made an appointment with the Unemployment office, they told me to fill a form out online, I filled it included my number and they told me they'd call, its been over a week and a half and I haven't heard anything still.

Whereas my work colleague has been accepted El Paro already and she completed the forms after me.
