We used this number last week. They were very busy and couldn't talk then, but took our number and promised a call back within 24hrs ??? We were very suprised when they rang back on the Sun. Extremely helpful. I believe the number that Mitzy has is their main number, but this one is specifically for E121 enquiries. Good luck with it.
